Placed on Bipap with the v6o for increased work of breathing. Initial settings: 10/5 rate 10 fio2 60%. Settings increased to 18/8 rate 10 40%. Lasix given by RN. Recently seen 10/21/25 through 10/27/25 for hepatic encephalopathy. She has a history of ETOH, CVA, liver cirrhosis, methamphetamine use, neuromuscular disease, atrial flutter, copd, hypertension, opioid dependence, heart failure and hyperammonemia. Patient will be heading to CT on Bipap. Plan: Continue on BiPAP, collect ABG/VBG to monitor pH/Co2,HcO3, await result of CT and labs. Call ended at 0400
