“Chris, my name is Robert [redacted], and your company is my provider for my BiPAP machine. I just wanted to take a minute to express my complete satisfaction, and sense of security that came from my dealings with Jodi Greeley. Jodi is my appointed respiratory therapist from your company, and I can honestly say she saved me from giving up on my machine the first few weeks of use. My sleep center had misdirected the installer on set up, and then could not seem to correct the problem. On a random follow up call from Jodi, I mentioned that it was a “miserable experience at this point, and might be giving up on the machine”.  Thankfully, “she talked me off the ledge”, and asked me to go through my machines settings on the phone with her. Within 2 minutes, she found the problem (way too many breaths per minute), talked me through the correction, and asked me to follow up with her at any time of day or night if it didn’t correct the situation. I have been using the machine for several months trouble free at this point, and my doctor’s health report says the results are amazing.
