A nurse by trade, and an entrepreneur at heart, Chuck’s vision has carried companies in industries as varied as healthcare staffing, telehealth, and even the food service industry. Chuck acquired rtNOW in 2017, and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. His commitment to excellence is evident at rtNOW, and he is proud to surround himself with the best leadership possible.
In his free time, Chuck enjoys hunting, and spending time with his lovely wife and 3 beautiful girls.
Justin Hawley is one of the inventors of rtNOW. He graduated from Waldorf College with a B.A. in Mass Communications, with an emphasis in Digital Media in 1999. He previously worked as Communications Director for Energy Economics, Inc. in Dodge Center, MN. Justin is also the owner/operator of two businesses: Hawley Productions, and Advanced Video Tactics. He has a broad range of business and communications related skills, including business systems consulting, public relations, television production, and social media advertising. He was previously the Chief Communications Officer of rtNOW.
When not turning a strategy into a tactic, Justin spends a lot of time with his beautiful wife and toddler Judah. He is also the front-man of a Billboard charting Christian Rock Band – Light45. He is a world-traveller, having visited over 30 countries in 4 continents, and had the world’s first guitar-infused beer named after his band (“Steeped” at Grand Rounds Brewery in Rochester, MN).
He’s still searching for a perfect cup of coffee.
Chris Thebeau joined the rtNOW Team as an on-call respiratory therapist in 2019 and worked his way up the ranks to his current position as Operations Manager. He became a respiratory therapist in 2011 as a second career path. With a background in information systems and business process, he has worked with the team to develop many of rtNOW’s current service offerings. Chris has a passion for working to move the respiratory care profession forward into the future to help people when they need it most and is a valued member of the rtNOW Leadership team.
Chris enjoys boating, spending time with family and friends, and watching live music events. He is an enthusiastic hockey fan and loves attending games whenever the opportunity arises.
Andrew is a highly accomplished professional with a degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. His journey with rtNOW began in 2018 when he joined as a Digital Media Specialist, contributing to the company’s success through the implementation of innovative marketing, advertising, and SEO campaigns.
In January 2021, Andrew transitioned into the role of Telerespiratory Account Executive at rtNOW, bringing his expertise to the forefront of respiratory care. He is passionate about spreading the message of the future of respiratory care and is dedicated to making a positive impact in this evolving field.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew is eagerly anticipating the arrival of his third child with his wife in February 2024. In his leisure time, he immerses himself in various interests, including playing the bass guitar, fishing, hiking, and indulging in his love for cooking great food.
